Postive Stress

Good stress also exists, but we're generally focusing on negative effects of stress as that is what causes us problems. Examples of good stress are physical exercise, mental challenges, emotional elation, spiritual fulfillment. The difference is that we are with both our conscious and subconscious minds. There is no conflict within. We enjoy the experience of good stress. (Of course, it's best to keep a sense of balance.) Look for these kinds of pressure and embrace them. Without good stress we grow complacent, indifferent or simply bored, but with good stress we are who we want to be- we feel truly alive. We generally use the word Stress when we feel that everything seems to have become too much. We are just overloaded and wonder whether we really can cope with the pressures placed upon us. A challenge or threat to our well-being is a stress. When you let stress undermine both our mental and physical health they are bad. Take time out to focus on stress that is bad for you. When you are stress this can and will happen- Blood pressure rises, Breathing becomes more rapid, Digestive system slows down, Heart rate (pulse) rises,Immune system goes down, Mussel become tense and we do not sleep (state of alertness). Change this with self help. Just exercise, eat nutrition foods,Time (making time for you), Talk (someone such as family, boss, being able to express yourself). Relaxation- such as yoga, mediation or just seek professional help.
